Case-specific strategy consultation; procedural guidance; submission review; oral-advocacy skill-building; mock hearing preparation. Our mentoring reflects the practical experience of attorneys who have adjudicated cases and who understand what drives outcomes in immigration proceedings.

Emeriti Law's attorneys have presented at immigration conferences across the country — from Minnesota to Washington, D.C. to Nashville to Chicago to Florida — on enforcement procedure, appellate practice, and immigration court operations. The founding partners served as primary trainers at EOIR, responsible for teaching substantive immigration law and courtroom practice to newly appointed Immigration Judges. That experience — teaching the curriculum and setting the standards applied in EOIR's judicial onboarding — is an experience most training providers cannot offer. Elizabeth Young also founded and directed a university immigration law clinic and has supervised clinical programs training the next generation of immigration attorneys.
